Warranty Conditions

  1. Technical service is free while the warranty is valid (12 months),
    • Washing machines with a 100% copper winding motor have a 2-year motor warranty.
    • Inverter refrigerators have a 1-year warranty on parts and labor and a 10-year warranty on the compressor.
    • Air conditioners have a 1-year warranty on parts and labor and a 3-year warranty on the compressor.
  2. The warranty will be valid when the damage is due to factory defects or machine operation, under normal use and according to instructions. Normal use is domestic use and not commercial or industrial use.
  3. The warranty is only valid when the customer presents the purchase invoice (original or legible copy) and the warranty certificate.
  4. The warranty does not cover damage caused by: natural disasters, earthquakes, flooding, liquid ingress, sand inside, oxidation, dust accumulation, overheating, insects, rodents (their waste), lizards, other pests such as cockroaches, ants and the use of corrupted or virus-infected software.
  5. In the event of return, replacement or replacement of the item, the consumer must return the item being replaced with all its accessories, manuals and normal conditions; broken or incomplete items will not be accepted.
  6. The warranty does not cover parts and accessories such as: electrical cords, plastic parts, porcelain, glass, cabinets, blades, cosmetic or natural wear and tear due to use, remote control, grills, burners and external connections.
  7. The warranty does not cover damage caused by voltage fluctuations, electric shock, theft, robbery, fire or accidents.
  8. The warranty does not cover bumps, falls, cracks or breakages.
  9. In the case of television screens, these usually contain pixels that do not function normally. This warranty covers pixel defects as long as the percentage of defective pixels is above 7 pixels, meaning dead or bright pixels.
  10. In the event that the required spare parts are not available locally, such replacement work would be subject to delays as the parts are ordered from the factory. In some cases, service would be impossible due to some required parts or components not being available due to import restrictions or for any other reason; in such case, after 30 days, the warranted item will be replaced with another one.
  11. It is recommended that Plasma, LCD, and LED TV screens be transported in a vertical position, not with the screen facing down, since these devices contain liquids and/or gases for their operation and the screens are fragile.
  12. The supply of electrical and electronic components and mechanical parts for component repair is guaranteed for a maximum of 2 years after the model has ceased production at the factory.
  13. The warranty does not imply exchanging the product for a new one, but rather repairing it free of charge, except in cases where this has been established as a requirement.
  14. This warranty is valid only according to the term described above, so any warranty called "Extended Warranty" or similar is not within the scope of this certificate.

 

CASES IN WHICH THE WARRANTY WILL BE INVALID

  1. Damage caused by poor installation.
  2. Screens marked by prolonged playback of still images.
  3. Obvious impact on the glass area or any part exposed to physical contact by the client.
  4. Broken glass with evidence of having been pressed or transported incorrectly.
  5. The handling of the equipment, until the moment it enters the Service Center, will be the complete responsibility of the client.
  6. Screen marks from the use of text as advertisements, signs, symbols and any other type of graphics that do not move.
  7. Cases where it is proven that the normal operation of the equipment has been altered or misused.
  8. Altering electrical circuits; AC cable (cut or spliced terminals). Video terminals or any other connector designed exclusively to work with our equipment.
  9. The frequent failure caused by a poor design of domestic electrical circuit.
  10. Every LCD, LED or PLASMA television that enters the Service Center must come with its base and must be transported in a vertical position.
  11. Product installed by unauthorized personnel or unauthorized service center.
  12. Damage or removal of warranty labels, seals or serial number.
  13. Failure to show the warranty certificate or purchase invoice for the product.
